I Remember When

I remember going fishing with my dad when I was a young boy. We would sit along the creek and while my dad was trying his best to hook something I was fasinated with the colorfull wooden lures that he had stored in the tackle box. I spent many a afternoon in this way with my dad at my side. The years went by and I to had a son and we both went fishing together like me and my dad did. The difference between then and now was that my son did not have the pleasure of finding and looking at all the colorfull wooden plugs as they were now made out of plastic. It was then that I decided to try to make a lure from wood and that is how I got started making the wooden lures. I hope that you find them as fun and have as much luck as my  dad did with his old lures. Each lure is signed and dated by me for that lure collector out there.
